First off, let me say that the kids helped me seed the garden! With that said, these are the carrots I have been finding in my garden.
And, these are the carrots that I found today!!!

- I am 30 some years old. I have 1 step, 4 bio, and 2 adopted kids, so I am no stranger to chaos! They range in age from 18 months to 16 years, so it is always interesting! I have been staying at home for 2 years, because I could not afford gas and day care both! Recession, who says there is a recession? The American people have it great, right? Anyway, my husband supported the idea of me being home, so that is just the way it is for now. Sadly, right after I quit last year my mom got sick again and we lost her in Sept., so my being home was really helpful to her and me if I really stop to think about it! I guess that is enough of my crazed babbling for this section!

So pretty! I'm so proud of you for growing your own food and using it regularly. I wish I had garden space! I hear it can be relaxing when you don't have 7 kids and lots of weeds. lol

What I meant by the kids having helped me seed the garden is that the rows were just a little crammed!
But Snot Head, that's what the seven kids are for -- getting out all the weeds!
PS the carrots look yummy
I am sad to say that little miss MEEEEEMA sits on plants and gets simply filthy when I try to take her out there with me! She is incredibly lucky that she is so cute!
